Order Processing All orders for EV equipment are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

• Standard Shipping: 8-12 business days

• Express Shipping: 5-8 business days

Large or heavy equipment (e.g., commercial charging stations) may ship via freight and require additional transit time.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Tracking details will update within 24 hours.
